As an accomplished executive in the Boat Manufacturing industry, I decided a few years ago to retire from a rewarding 30 year career and take a more active role in the family Real Estate Business that Michele started back in 2006. During my previous career, I was in a position requiring perseverance, tenacity, negotiation, and communication skills as I worked with a diverse and high profile customer base. Today as a Real Estate Professional, I bring the same skills and talents to an equally broad spectrum of discriminating clients.
I specialize in working with buyers and sellers, and have been successful because I listen to the buyers needs and match them to the right property, assuring them an honest and efficient transaction. And, I help my sellers by listing their home for the least amount of time for the most amount of money, by pricing their home right. Being an avid boater, selling waterfront properties is a way for me to combine both of my passions.
Married for 18 years, we lived in Apollo Beach for 12 years and recently moved to South Tampa be closer to Jesuit High School where our 15 year old son Ashton attends high school. We have on King Charles Cavalier - Sprinkle, and an amusing Grey Long Hair - #crazyhazy.
