You can live in South Tampa and enjoy restaurants, nightlife, and a more urban environment. Head south to Apollo Beach and you'll find boating, waterfront communities, and a completely different pace.

Travel north and you'll discover areas like Lutz and Wesley Chapel with larger homes, master-planned communities, newer construction, and plenty of shopping and dining.

Cross the bridge and St. Petersburg offers another experience entirely.

Two homes may look similar online, but the lifestyles surrounding them can be completely different.

That's why we encourage buyers to choose the lifestyle first and the house second.

2. Yes, Traffic Should Be Part of Your Home Search

A home that's “30 minutes from work” on a Sunday afternoon might be a very different commute on a Tuesday morning.
